It might be slow progress but you definitely seem to be getting there. I've been pretty fortunate with breastfeeding except with Wulfgar. With him I only made it to 3 months because him and I both came down with a very bad case of thrush. So bad that he was ingesting more of my blood than milk and after feeding he would spit up blood, it was terrible. I was not able to keep my milk by the time we were both better and it made me feel awful. Keep up the good fight, nursing really *can* be a wonderful (and nonstressful) thing and I have faith that you will get to the point. <br />I'm sure everyone has said this but- drink water, tons and tons and tons of water. Before every meal, on your way to the bathroom, before and after each feeding, even if you so much as look at the sink, drink water.Anonymoushttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12865552542695684246noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2344229377629744609.post-45965816096863998982013-03-02T18:06:17.791-08:002013-03-02T18:06:17.791-08:00This sounds a lot like me the second time around. ...This sounds a lot like me the second time around. I luckily had nice nurses who said supplement is fine, but had her pediatrician tell me to just give up. I switched right after that. With my first I had an abundance of a milk supply! Probably enough for 2 babies it was ridiculous! So having little to no supply for a week thus creating a bad latch and horribly sore nipples (sorry for that) and a hormonal wreak I know how you feel. And fenugreek is awesome I took it until I smelled like maple syrup then backed off a bit till I needed more. Best of luck to you!Timmihttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01691213888508341713noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-2344229377629744609.post-51214125248005279012013-03-02T17:49:17.687-08:002013-03-02T17:49:17.687-08:00Keep it up girl you can do it and you have every r...Keep it up girl you can do it and you have every right to feel crazy about it!!
